Format your paper using the IEEE conference template (2-column, 6–8 pages). Ensure originality — papers will be checked for plagiarism. Review the author guidelines carefully before submission.

Upload your paper through the official submission system (portal link will be active from April 2027). Ensure correct track selection and all author details are provided.

Double-Blind Peer Review
All submissions undergo rigorous double-blind peer review by domain experts. Authors will be notified of acceptance by September 2027.

Accepted & presented papers are submitted for IEEE Xplore publication and indexed in Scopus & Ei Compendex (subject to IEEE approval).
